1. Order Processing
All products are custom-made and printed on demand. Orders are processed immediately upon confirmation. Once placed, orders cannot be canceled or modified due to the nature of custom production.
2. Shipping Policy
Shipping Time Frame:
Orders are shipped within 6–8 business days after confirmation.
Shipping Charges:
Free shipping is available for selected product categories (mentioned on product pages).
Other categories incur a shipping fee of ₹63 per 500 grams.
3. Return & Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility:
Returns are only accepted in the following situations:
The product is damaged.
The design is incorrect.
Return Window:
Customers must raise a return request within 2 working days of receiving the product.
Required Proof for Returns:
Clear images of the damaged/wrong product.
An uncut packaging video showing the product being unboxed.
Return Not Accepted If:
The product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
The complaint is made after the 2-day window.
Required proof (images and packaging video) is not provided.
4. Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds are NOT available.
If your return is approved, you may opt for a replacement/exchange only, depending on product availability.

All product designs, images, brand assets, and content displayed on our platform are the exclusive property of Hriday Jain Official. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
